Whether this is your first or your fourth baby, it is a time of tremendous change. As postpartum doulas, we care equally for the mother and her baby. Our professionals are educated and skilled on the care and development of infants, as well as maternal recovery. We will provide your family with warm, nurturing, and caring support to help you feel comfortable during what can be an overwhelming, exhausting, and vulnerable time.
In Home Support Now Available
Your Postpartum Doula Can:
- Increase your confidence in caring for your newborn
- Facilitate parent infant bonding
- Provide breastfeeding support in your home and help trouble shoot any breastfeeding concerns
- Prepare infant formula, wash and sterilize bottles. Cup, tube, or bottle feed your baby.
- Teach you how to bathe and change your baby
- Answer all your newborn questions
- Teach parents about infant brain development to help them understand their babies sleep habits
- Provide support for good sleep habits
- Provide emotional support and encouragement
- Do baby laundry, and prepare light meals and snacks for the mother

In Home Postpartum Day Doula Support Packages starting at:
Minimum package: 12 hours – $540.00 plus HST
48 hour package – $2112.00 plus HST
96 hour package – $4128.00 HST for additional hours
Minimum 4 hours per shift
Multiples:
$60/hour plus HST minimum of 4 hours per shift,
Minimum 12 hour – $720.00.00 plus HST
Minimum of 4 hours per shift
All doula rates are subject to HST.
